What it costs

Pricing, honestly

Pricing is shared with your quote rather than published, because a gift at 25 units and the same gift at 500 are not the same price. Quotes are exclusive of GST, shown as a separate line so your finance team can claim input credit.

What is the minimum order?

25 units. Below that, the retail shop is usually faster and cheaper for you — everything in the catalogue can be ordered individually.

How quickly will I hear back?

Within 24 hours on working days, with a costed quote rather than a holding reply.

How long does an order take?

It depends on the quantity and the branding, so the lead time comes with your quote. Tell us the date you need them by and we will confirm whether it is possible before you commit.

Branding

Can I see a sample first?

Yes, and we recommend it for anything branded. Samples are paid for at retail price, and that amount is credited against your order when you confirm.

What can carry our logo?

A printed sleeve or belly band, a card or swing tag, the pot itself, or a custom box or ribbon. Send your artwork and we will show you a proof before anything prints.

How does payment work?

50% advance to begin production, and the balance before dispatch. Quotes are exclusive of GST, which appears as a separate line on the invoice.

Will we get a GST invoice?

Yes. Every order is invoiced with GST shown separately so you can claim input credit.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Across India, to a single address per order. If you need gifts sent to many individual addresses, mention it in your enquiry and we will tell you what is possible.
