Our plant promise
Live plants are covered by a 15-day health guarantee. If a plant arrives damaged or declines within 15 days, send us a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
Pots and supplies
Unused pots, tools and supplies can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund.
How to request a return
- Email us or message on WhatsApp with your order number
- Attach a photo of the item
- We'll arrange a pickup or replacement within 48 hours
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the return being received.
