How a quote works

- Quote — A costed proposal within 24 hours on working days, with GST shown separately.
- Sample — Approve a physical sample or a branding proof. Samples are paid for, and the amount comes off your order.
- Confirm — 50% advance and production begins. The balance is due before dispatch.
- Deliver — Delivered on your date, with a GST invoice to follow for your records.
